the pump requires too little or
nothing
wear or hardening of the pump

replace pump hose
counter pressure too high
reduce counter pressure
suction level too high
mount the pump lower
contamination in the pump

clean the pump hose or ex-
change it. Ascertain the cause
of contamination.
the injection point is blocked
by precipitation of carbonate
clear the blockage, if neces-
sary mount self-cleaning
injection points
the jacking power of the rolls
is too low
springs are overloaded,
replace the rotor.
the pump hose is not lying in
the middle of the track

If the interruptions cannot be corrected with the above information, it is necessary to send
the dosing pump to the factory and/or to contact our sales team for further measures.
Repair works will be carried out immediately.
