1. Connect hot supply wire (BLACK) to hot input wire (BLACK).
2. Connect neutral supply wire to (WHITE) neutral input wire (WHITE).
3. Connect supply ground wire (green or bare copper) to ground input wire (green).
4. Secure all connections with wire nuts (not included).
