Alarm Sounding

During Alarm Timeout Period

7.4.1 GPS Failure Alarm

If the GPS NMEA message is not received for more than 30 seconds, then the

FishSAFE will display the following Alarm window and sound a Slow Double Beep

Audible Alarm.

Pressing the CANCEL ALARM 

 key cancels the GPS Failure Alarm and the

Time-out on this alarm is 5mins if  the "NO GPS" condition continues. If the GPS
position or COG/SOG starts to be received again, the Alarm is reset and will sound
again if a subsequent GPS failure occurs.
