Installation:
1. Turn
OFF
all power to the pilot station.
2. Remove the relay in the pilot station.
3.
Remove the 30mm “GREEN” level sensor on the rainswitch.
4. Install the replacement probe, using the 30mm x
½” MNPT adaptor. No
sealing tape or compound is necessary as a watertight connection is not
necessary.
5. Install the level controller in the pilot station if there is room. You may find
it easier to install the controller in another enclosure and wire it to the
existing pilot station as this controller is larger than the relay you have
removed.
6. Wire the controller per the appropriate wiring schematic.

Continuity check all connections to confirm correct wiring prior to
repowering the pilot station.
