Note:
1.) Before the first use, we recommend you charge the Lithium battery for
5-6 hours. Please do not charge the battery longer than recommendation
as it will shorten the battery life.
2.) The radio should not be used while charging with your computer.
SOLAR CHARGING
The solar panel is located on the top of the unit. Reposition the unit towards
the sun for optimal charging if necessary.

: The unit can only be charged using outdoor sunlight. Indoor incandescent
lights and lamps are not strong enough to charge the rechargeable battery properly.

NOTE:
If you are using Alkaline batteries to operate the JEP-750, the USB phone
charging feature will not work. The “PHONE” message will appear on the screen
to show the mode you are in, but the phone connected to the USB port will not
charge.

lug one end of the USB cable (not included) into the USB port located on the back
of the JEP-750. Plug the other end of the cord into the device you wish to charge.

button for 2 seconds until “PHONE” message appears
on display.
