LISTENING TO THE RADIO

MANUAL SEARCH FOR RADIO STATIONS 

1. Tap the

 

 or 

 

button repeatedly to choose your desired radio station.

2.  Tap the VOLUME

 

 or 

 

button to set the desired volume level. The volume level setting 

will appear on the LED DISPLAY.

Notes:

•  Use manual tuning to select weaker stations that might be skipped during automatic tuning.

•  If the automatic tuning does not stop on the exact frequency of the station, for example, it stops 

on  88.9  MHz  instead  of  88.8  MHz,  use  the  manual  tuning  method  to  “fine  tune”  to  the  exact 

frequency of the desired station.

RADIO TUNING

1. Press the POWER/STANDBY

   

button to turn on the unit.

2.  Tap the MODE

 

 

button repeatedly to select the AM or FM band. The corresponding indicator 

will light up.

AUTOMATIC SEARCH FOR RADIO STATIONS

 

To automatically search for stations with strong signals, press and hold the TUNING DOWN

 

 or 

UP 

 

button until frequency readout on the display begins to scan and then release the button. 

The tuner will stop on the first strong station it finds.

SNOOZE FUNCTION 

When the alarm source is sounding, press the SNOOZE button to suspend the alarm and activate 

the  snooze  function. Alarm  will  temporarily  stop  and  will  sound  again  9  minutes  later  but  the 

ALARM   or   

and SNOOZE INDICATORS will keep flashing.

Notes:

• This manual snooze operation can be repeated again and again for a maximum of 5 times.

•  To turn off the snooze function when it activates, tap the corresponding ALARM button or the

     

button. The flashing SNOOZE INDICATOR goes off.

TIME PROJECTION

1. Turn “On” or “Off” the projector with the PROJECTION button. 

2. Project the time on a light/flat surface such as the ceiling.

3. Swivel the projector to position the projected time as desired.

4.  If  necessary,  you  may  invert  the  projected  time  180º  with  the  INVERT  button,  so  it  displays 

properly.

Note:

 If “AM” is displayed, the projected time is morning time.
