7 Chippercontrol
In operation only the feed is controlled by the speed. The output return stroke can only be manually
activated via external buttons. If the button is pressed, the feeder is switched off and on the return
valve is on. If you push the button again, the feederturns back in automatic mode.
The external button to switch manually has to be connected to the contact 7 (autostart) at the
HMCflex. Several buttons can be switched parallel.
Another pushbutton is connected to terminal 4 (Diverse). If the button is pressed, the feeder will stop.
Only by pressing the button (return / automatic) the feeder will run in automatic mode again.
8 Inputs
An error is acknowledged for earth-switching inputs, when the voltage level falls below 10% of the
operating voltage. A signal is acknowledged for positive-switching inputs, when the voltage level rises
above 90% of the operating voltage.
