by hand and press using a press fitting

Note:

The end face of the cylinder should be protected by a

soft cloth to prevent it from being damaged while pre fitting.

Apply a thin coat of JCB Retainer

where the inner

ring is mounted on motor output shaft

Mount the inner ring

on the cylinder

using a

press fitting jig

Wipe off excess sealing material spilled between the
inner ring

and the taper roller bearing.

Mount the outer ring

of the taper roller bearing into the

housing
