Over-load Relief Valve

Dismantling
1

Replace the whole assembly.

Loosen the cap

with a spanner.

Remove the O-ring

and discard.

Loosen the adjustor

and replace the O-ring

Clean and Inspect

Remove the over-load relief valve assembly.

Clean the valve block and install the new relief valve.

Assembly

Coat the thread with hydraulic oil and tighten the cap

to a torque of 59-69 (43.5-51 lbf ft).

After disassembling the adjustor, clean the screw
section and pressure test (Refer to pressure testing
section).
