4. Install the fireplace onto the smoke pipe with the lower shelf of the fireplace 650mm (26 5/8’’)
above the finished floor. Make sure that all the fasteners are tight
5. Install all the internal components of the fireplace and firescreen to complete the installation.

Warning: For centrally-located fireplaces, a minimum clearance to combustibles of 1.2m
(48’’) must be maintained 360

around the fireplace. For single wall smoke pipe, a
minimum clearance to combustibles of 45cm (18’’) must be maintained and, when
connected to the Bordelet Load Bearing Support, a minimum 220mm (8 -11/16’’) clearance
from the top of the smoke pipe flange to the ceiling must be maintained, especially with
slanted ceilings. Please adjust the height of the Bordelet Load Bearing Support
accordingly.
