daily check and mainTenance

Daily checks of the pallet truck can limit wear as much as possible. Special attention should 
be paid to all moving parts; including wheels and axles, to ensure no foreign objects have been 
picked up which may damage or hinder movement or safe operation.The forks should be unloaded 
and lowered to the lowest position after each job is finished.

luBricaTion

All bearings and shafts are prepared with long-life grease at the factory. Lubrication with long-life 
grease is needed at monthly intervals or after the truck is cleaned thoroughly at the lubrication points.

(322) is deformed as a result of 

slanting to one side or overloading 

 

 The fork was kept in the raised 

position with the piston rod bared; 

resulting in rusting and jamming of 

the rod 

 

 The adjusting nut (104) or screw 

(318) is not in the correct position

 

 Replace the piston rod (328) or  

pump (322)

 

 Rest the forks in the lowest position 

when not in use 

 

Check lubrication of the rod

 

Adjust the nut (104) or screw (318)
