Please note JBL Charge 4 has changed BT chipset to Qualcomm QCC from existing CSR solution.

New and old module are compatibility but with matching battery.

When repairing a unit produced before the cut ‐ in serial number with the old CSR solution using new version
of spare parts then no matter the defect is on the main Board or battery, both must be replaced together with
the new version. Vice Versa if you need to repair a new unit produced after the cut in serial number with the
Qualcomm solution using old stock of spare parts, then you will need to replace both mainboard & battery
with the older version together.

New parts for product with S/N starting from below cut ‐ in number.
