ISSUE #1: TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT COMMUNICATING TO ANY RELAY BOARD (continued)
3. Check to make sure the Ethernet port is properly secured to the board. It is possible that the port may pull away
from the board. AVOID REMOVING THE PORT FROM THE BOARD IF POSSIBLE. The pins on the bottom of the port are
extremely delicate and easy to damage.
4. Check to make sure both jumpers on the Ethernet port have been removed. If present, remove and discard.
If communication from the touchscreen to the relay boards is still an issue, contact Jaypro Sports to further
troubleshoot. Be prepared to send photos of the touchscreen and relay enclosures. We will also need to
know the project location, date of installation, and type/number of devices connected to the system.
