For the vinyl awning, use only non-abrasive
cleaners with warm water and a sponge to
remove excess dirt and grime. Do not use
cleaners with a bleach ingredient. Chlorine or
bleach will strip the finish and color from your
vinyl. If water seepage occurs in the seams of
the vinyl awning, you may want to apply a
spray type water sealant on sewn seams.
Interior
The material used on the interior of the tents is
a 100% polyester backing. This material
contains inhibitors that help prevent the growth
of mildew on the fabric. It is not mildew-proof.
Mildew or fungus may attach to the material,
however, the material will aid in preventing the
growth. If mildew does attach itself to the
fabric, brush the mildew dust with a soft bristle
brush making sure there is plenty of ventilation
and air circulation. Using a mild soap and
water solution, thoroughly clean the area.
Rinse with clean water.

Lifter Posts
The telescoping posts should be lubricated
semi-annually. Use a light coat of silicone
spray to insure smooth, trouble-free operation.
Do not permit the spray to come into contact
with the tent. Do not use grease or oil on the
posts. Grease and oil will attract dirt, causing
the tent to become dirty.
Winch
The winch should be lubricated one time each
year, preferably at the beginning of the
camping season. Access the winch through
the lifter system crank door, or if necessary,
inside the cupboard opposite the crank door
on the interior of the trailer. If accessing the
winch from the interior of the trailer, you will
need to remove the winch cover. For ease of
access to the winch from the interior, perform
this maintenance just prior to closing the
camping trailer.
Utilizing an oil can, place a small quantity of
light oil on the pressure washer and tubing
spacer before operating the lifter system to set
up or close the trailer. As you raise/lower the
roof of the trailer, the oil will be distributed to
lubricate these components.

Depending on your model, the exterior is
constructed of aluminum or fiberglass. Refer
to the general instructions that follow for care
information. We recommend that you do not
take your recreation vehicle through automatic

utilizing any type of pressure sprayer around

vents, etc. Avoid forcing water inside the unit,
which could possibly damage component
parts.

The aluminum on the outside of your trailer
can be cleaned and washed the same as an
