If your StealthOne needs repair:
If you have problems with your StealthOne and would like to inquire about a
refund, the repair or replacement of the product, send a service request via email
to [email protected].
You must obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from us before sending your
StealthOne for repair.
Please check out the Troubleshooting Guide on page 29, before sending
your StealthOne to Jaric Design, LLC. for service.

How to ship:
Ship your StealthOne prepaid and insured, in its original packaged or equivalent.
Request a proof of delivery receipt from you shipping company.
Please enclose the following along with your StealthOne:

Your name, address, email, and a daytime telephone number.
•
The RMA number.
•
Detailed description of the problem.
•
If your StealthOne is out of the warranty period, we will contact you with a
repair estimate once we receive your StealthOne.
Important:
Jaric Design LLC, will not service any StealthOne that does not have
a readable serial number.
