Problem Solution
StealthOne does not
display anything on
the IKE Display, MID,
radio display, or the
Navigation Screen.
1.
Check all power-cord connections between
StealthOne and the Valentine One
®
and
between the Valentine One
®
and the power
adapter. If needed, try another power cord.
2.
Verify that the I-BUS wire from the
StealthOne is correctly connected to an I-
BUS wire in your car.
Tip:
You can use any telephone cable (the cable
that runs from the wall jack to a telephone)
as a power cord.
StealthOne displays
“V1 Mode A” for no
apparent reason.
Sometimes the Valentine One
®
will give a very
brief alert that is very short in duration.
StealthOne actually displayed the alert and then
immediately displayed “V1 Mode A” when the
alert was over. You may not hear the Valentine
One
®
beep because the duration of the alert is so
short.
My Valentine One
®
has
poor reception in my
car.
If your vehicle has the BMW comfort glass option
you may have reception problems with your
Valentine One
®
because the metallic film will
block radar and laser light from passing through
the glass. Make sure the Valentine One
®
is
located behind one of the rectangular cutouts in
the metallic film.
StealthOne displays
“V1 no comm.”
StealthOne is not receiving any communication
from the Valentine One
®
. Make sure that the
Valentine One
®
is turned on. Also check the
cable between the StealthOne and Valentine
One
®
.
