Activate ON only if your AMD graphic card is FreeSync compatible (Even if you have an AMD graphic card it might is
not be FreeSync compatible).
If your graphic card is not AMD FreeSync compatible (NVIDIA, ATI, etc…) choose OFF to avoid display problems.
