F: Satin stitch foot

Set the stitch width in accordance with the position
of the holes on the button.

Match the button holes to the horizontal slot on the
presser foot.

Lower the foot to hold the button in place.

Turn the balance wheel by hand until the needle point
is just above the button.

Press the stitch width key “ + ” or “ – ” so the needle
will enter the left hole of the button.

Turn the balance wheel so the needle will enter the
right hole of the button. Readjust the stitch width if
necessary.

Stitch several times.

After you finish sewing, cut the thread but leave 10 to
15 cm (4
" – 6 " ) of thread at the button.

Draw the thread to the reverse side of the fabric and
knot the threads.
