Baste (or fuse with iron-on fabric joiner) appliquŽ
pieces on the fabric.
Stitch around the appliquŽ making sure the needle
falls along the outer edge of the appliquŽ.
When sewing corners, lower the needle down into
the fabric. Raise the presser foot and pivot the fabric
to the right or left.
* When appliquŽ sewing is finished, return the
pressure dial to 3.

Sew seam and press seam allowance open.
