Navigate to the folder containing the file
PRUSB.INF.
This is located in the
USBDRIVER
folder on the Installer
CD supplied with you CINEBRATE.

Next
. The driver will automatically install.

With the USB driver installed and the CINEBRATE connected to the PC, a COM: port is assigned to the instrument
for use in programming the instrument for Remote Mode operations.
To determine what the COM: port is:
1.
Turn on the CINEBRATE.
2.
Connect the CINEBRATE to the PC via the USB interface cable.
3.
Click on
START
then right click on
COMPUTER.
4.
Click on
Manage.
5.
Click on
Device Manager
.
6.
On the right-hand side of the Device Manager screen, aces the drop down menu for
Ports (COM & LPT).
7.
Look for the
PR Instrument
listing and the COM: port assignment. In the following example, it is COM:
