Shower tray installation
Remove the shower tray from its packaging, which also contains the
instruction manual, a hardware pack, a flexible hose for connection
to the shower tray’ drainage column at the wall-mounted drain, the
top, the top cover (where provided) and the front panel.
I
(

)
Position the shower tray in the installation corner
and connect the flexible hose to the shower tray drainage column.
Then apply silicone accurately to the connection points.
At this stage, we recommend that you check for water
tightness. After temporarily connecting the flexible hose to
the wall-mounted drain, pour a bucket of water onto the
shower tray. Remember to lift up the fabric-finish hose con-
nected to the side of the drainage column.

(
i

)
For correct assembly of the various components,
the walls in the installation corner must be vertical.
The wall compensation system allows the recovery of crooked-
ness up to 10 mm.
I
(
i
6
)
Level the shower tray by regulating the adjustable feet.
Then block them in position with the hexagonal nuts.
I
(
i
7, detail 1
)
Line the metal brackets up with the wall and mark
the exact position of the holes for fastening the shower tray to the wall.
Compensator Installation
To find the correct position for the compensators on the walls
(for both height and the distance from the corner of the wall),
it is advisable to temporarily position the shower enclosure
in the installation corner and mark the exact position of the
compensators with a pencil. After this operation you must
pull the shower enclosure away from the walls again (so that
you can drill them in order to fit the compensators). All pos-
sible shifting errors will be corrected by nominal dimensions,
caused by the walls and/or the walls/floor not squaring up.
I
(
i
7, detail 2-3
)
Position the compensators as shown; the com-
pensator slots allow slight horizontal movement, but you must check
the distance from the floor carefully, so that the compensators are per-
fectly lined up with the the lower edge of the shower tray and with the
top of the glass panels and the inspection panel.
The dimensions shown in
i
7
refer to walls and floor that
are at right angles. Remember that the compensators allow
you to recover up to 10mm
(
i
5
)
.
I
(
i
7, detail 3
)
Keeping the compensators straight and against
the wall and using the shower tray as a reference point, mark the ex-
ternal profile and the centre of the three slots for each one.
I
(
i
7, detail 4
)
Using the compensator as a reference point, mark
the points for fastening the wall frame to the wall (
§
i
20
).
I
(
i
8, detail 1
)
Remove the compensators, drill holes and insert
the six plugs.
I
(
i
8, detail 2
)
Drill holes at the previously marked points where
the attachment brackets are for the shower tray and insert the plugs in
the holes that you have made.
I
(
i
8, detail 3
)
Drill holes at the previously marked points (wall
frame wall attachment) and insert the plugs.
I
(
i
8, detail 4
)
Replace the compensators by lining them up with
the drilled holes then, checking that they are straight, fasten them
with the screws and washers as shown.
Wall panel installation
I
(
i
9, detail 1-2
)
Pull the shower tray out from the wall and place
the panel on the shower tray edge so that the latter’s holes match
up with the holes in the panel’s frame.
Since this operation must be carried out by standing on the
shower tray, it is advisable to cover it with suitable protection.
I
(
i
9, detail 2
)
Then fasten the components together with 6
(3+3) screws, 6 (3+3) serrated washers and 6 (3+3) “grower” washers.
(
i
10
)
For ELT3, 4, 22 models, check that the overflow
hose (A), from the tank stays positioned inside the show-
er tray.
Connect the B hose (coming from the drainage column) to the boil-
er/tank drain using a plastic clamp (to be found in the bolt and screw
pack) by passing it through the hole in the shower tray. Also check
that the clamp on the side attachment of the drainage column is firm-
ly tightened.
Glass panel installation
I
(
i
1 and 1a
)
Remove the fixed glass panels (A) and (A1), the
sliding glass panels (B) and (B1), the connecting angle bars (C) and
(C1) (
only for the SQUARE model and 80x80
), the handles (D), the
compensators (E), the aluminium inspection panels (F) (or the ones
with a mirror, if supplied) the press on covers (G) and (G1) and the
seals (N) and (N1) from their packaging.
I
(
i
11-11a, detail 1
)
Fasten the nylon washers and the pins
to the sliding glass panel according to the shown sequence.
Attention:
on the 80x80 model the washers (A) are shaped so
that they follow the curvature of the glass (see
i
11a
).
Tighten both pins to fasten the handle (the one without holes for the
grub screw) onto the outside of the glass panel.
I
(
i
11-11a, detail 2
)
Install the inside handle, and, using the
provided Allen wrench, tighten the lateral dowels. Then apply the plas-
tic caps (B).
Repeat all of these operations for the other handle.
For the SQUARE model only
I
(
i
12, detail 1
)
Attach the upper angle bars (C1) and the lower
ones (C) to their respective profiles of the fixed glass panel unit (A1).
I
(
i
12, detail 2
)
Then fasten the angle bars (C) and (C1) to their
respective profiles with the screws shown.
