4. Take the left front bracket and position it against the front and left side of the operator foot
platform. Use the provided 3/8” x 1 ½” flange bolts and nuts and loosely fasten into place. Re-
install the rear bolt in the chassis from the front bar removal.
5. Repeat for the right front bracket.
6. Use a lifting strap or chain to lift ROPS off of shipping pallet. You can loop the chain/strap
underneath the ROPS roof side to side to lift in the centre. Use cardboard or foam to protect
the paint finish when connecting chain or strap. Un-bolt the ROPS from the shipping bracket
and lift straight up.
7. Position tractor under the ROPS and slowly lower down until the isolators are contacting the
mounting plates. Use the provided 5/8” x 3” hex bolts, heavy washer, and flange nut for each
fastener in the order shown.
8. Once all fasteners are started, the 5/8” bolts can have 205 ft-lbs of torque applied. The M12
rear bracket fasteners can have 105 ft-lbs or torque applied.
