Brush Adjustment ______________________________________________________________
Brush should be adjusted so the bristles just touch the
roller an equal amount along the entire length of the roller.
Adjusting the brush too tight against the roller will result is
increased motor amperage and temperature, and will
shorten operating time for battery units.
To adjust brush:
1. Loosen hardware
(G)
and set screw
(H)
on both ends of
brush.
2. Turn eccentric nut
(F)
as required to obtain proper
adjustment. Repeat for opposite end of brush.
3. Tighten set screw
