Rear Roller Brush Assembly With Turf Groomer_____________________________________
1. Remove and discard zerk bolt

reel.
2. Loosely assembly set screw

into eccentric nut

3. Slide eccentric nut

onto shoulder zerk bolt
(Item 3)

4. Assemble shoulder zerk bolt
(Item 3)
through bearing
housing
(Item 4)
and reel frame into rear roller.
NOTE:
There are two different sizes of zerk bolts included
in kit. Use the 3/8-24 shoulder zerk bolt for standard rear
roller, or 7/16-20 shoulder zerk bolt for heavy duty rear
roller.
5. Loosely secure bearing housing

to reel frame
using one 5/16-18 x 1-1/4” screw

, two flat
washers

, one lockwasher

, and one
nut

6. Slide rear roller brush
(Item 9)
into housing.
7. Remove and discard zerk bolt

from other end of
reel.
8. Loosely assembly set screw

10.Slide bearing housing

onto rear roller brush

11.Assemble shoulder zerk bolt

and reel frame into rear roller.
12.Loosely secure bearing housing

to reel frame
using one 5/16-18 x 2” screw

14.Assemble #10-24 x 2-1/4” pan head screw

15.Assemble 3/8-16 x 3/4” hex head screw

16.Slide spacer

and spring

onto long
end of brush shaft.
17.Place key

onto brush shaft.
18.Loosely assemble two set screws

into brush
pulley
(Item 22)

19.Place belt
(Item 21)
over Turf Groomer pulley and
brush pulley
(Item 22)
. Slide brush pulley onto brush
shaft.
20.Use a straight edge to align pulleys and tighten set
screws

21.Assemble 3/8-16 x 3/4” screw
