1.  Inspect  the  hose  and  burner  for  wear  or  damage.  DO

NOT  LIGHT  THE  FIRE  PIT  IF  DAMAGE  OR  WEAR  IS
FOUND.

2.  Attach  the  regulator  assembly  to  your  propane  cylinder.

MAKE  SURE  YOUR  PROPANE  CYLINDER  VALVE  IS

CLOSED

3.  Attach  the  campfire  regulator  assembly  to  your  propane

cylinder  by  threading  the  QCC  fitting  clockwise  onto  the

cylinder valve until hand tight snug (see Figure 1).

After the first time this is hooked up use a soap and water
solution  to  perform  a  leak  test.  NEVER  USE  AN  OPEN

FLAME FOR A LEAK TEST.

 a) Place the solution on the connections at either end of the hose and regulator assembly.
 b) Open the LP cylinder valve, if bubbles start to form between the valve and the hose there

is a leak. Close the LP cylinder valve, unscrew the connection then re-attach. Re-open the

LP cylinder valve, if bubbles start to form between the valve and the hose there is still a
leak, see your dealer. If no bubbles are seen continue to c.

c)  Open  the  gas  line  valve,  if  bubbles  start  to  form

between the valve and the hose there is a leak. Close the
gas line valve, unscrew the connection then re-attach. Re-
open  the  gas  line  valve,  if  bubbles  start  to  form  between
the valve and the hose there is still a leak, see your dealer.

If no bubbles are seen continue lighting the campfire.
4.  Check  that  the  gas  line  valve  is  in  the  “OFF”  position.

Open LP tank valve (see Figure 3).
5.  Place  a  lit  match  or  equivalent  on  the  log  set  near  a

burner port (see Figure 2).

6.  STAND  CLEAR  AND  SLOWLY  OPEN  THE  GAS  LINE

VALVE TO THE “ON” POSITION (Figure 3 is shown in the

“OFF”  position).  This  campfire  may  light  with  a  “WOOF’;
this is NORMAL and is not dangerous.
7. The flame intensity can be lowered by slowly closing the

gas line valve until the desired setting is reached.
