7. TROUBLESHOOTING
JABLOCOM is continuously improving the software of Essence. If you find an incorrect
phone behavior, please check if you use the latest available firmware version. Connect to
your phone in www.jablotool.com and select Firmware update. Get latest User’s Guide and
troubleshooting tips at support.jablocom.com/essence.
I cannot connect to the phone in www.jablotool.com
a. Is data is activated on your SIM card? Ask your network provider.
b. Is the signal strong enough? Press and hold
until you see the symbol of signal. Your
signal should be at least 50%. You will change the mode of display back when you press
and hold
again.
c. Select
, Settings, Network, APN to see your parameters of internet access point.
Are the parameters correct? Contact your network provider and fill in correct parameters.
