1. General Information
• Handle the parcel with care. Unpack and check that the contents coincide with
the packing-list. If any part is damaged or missing, please advise the distributor
immediately.

• If you have any doubts, please inquiry by calling to your supplier or J.P. Selecta’s
technical service.
• Do not use the equipment with liquids which can give off vapours capable of
making explosive mixtures.
2. Features
RE glass reactor series of variable speed and frequency which is mainly used for
synthetic reaction materials: inject high/low temperature cycle liquid into the
intermediate layer of the reaction vessel to effect interlayer materials reactions
at the desired temperature; The container can be evacuated according to the
needs of the reaction to effect materials reactions in the negative pressure
state; The constant pressure funnel can be applied to add materials dropwise
and uniformly, while the capacitor could be used to recover some materials in
the test by distillation, at a controllable recovery speed.
1. The frames are formed by four stainless steel corners, resistant to corrosion,
with structure of change and fixation blockade.
2. Made of high borosilicate glass, the glass pieces are characterized by their
excellent resistance to corrosion and to high/low temperatures, as well as their
low coefficient of linear expansion to withstand greater thermal shock.
3. The variable speed and frequency stirring provides a high torque and ensures
a constant speed of rotation.
4. It is easy to discharge the materials in the reaction vessel, as it is of divisible
type that can be detached, without a valve for discharging the dead cavity.
5. With the standard connection mode, disassembling is convenient and efficient.
6. Depending on the need, the container lid can be opened at 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
7. The vacuum gauge is provided together with the device in order to understand
the exact degree of vacuum inside the container.
8. In the vacuum state, the negative pressure could reach 0.095MPa.
9. Air type mixing system, mixing technology bearings.
10. Single, double or triple layer stirring palette, according to the clients selection,
to achieve a good synthesis reaction.
11. All the parts in contact with the liquid, made of high borosilicate glass or
PTFE material, have good anticorrosive properties.
12. The container body and the cover are held together by a PTFE seal, which
can be disassembled conveniently.
