1. Detecting metal objects:

A depth value will show on the
display. The accuracy of this value
depends on shape and material
of the detected objects, their
distribution and the surrounding
material. It is only to be seen as a
general reference value.
2. Detecting wooden objects:

lit. Move the tool steadily over
the surface. The amplitude of the

the nearer a wooden object is to
the sensor. If the cross appears

object is right beneath the sensor.
The red light

will flash, a steady
sound is to be heard (

“Exact” and “deep”:

setting is “exact” by default,
max. detection depth is 20 mm.
Press and hold button

until the

display shows “deep”.
Max. detection depth changes to
38 mm.
