Troubleshooting Guide
Problem Cause Solution
The blender will not
operate

Care & Cleaning
• Always switch off, unplug and dismantle before cleaning.
• Empty the goblet before unscrewing it from the blade unit
• Do not immerse the blade unit in water.
• Do not place any parts and blender glass jar in the dishwasher.
Cleaning the power unit
• Wipe with a damp cloth. Then dry well.
• Don’t immerse the power unit in water.
Cleaning blender blade unit
• Remove and clean the sealing ring.
• Don’t touch the sharp blades. Brush them clean using hot soapy water and then rinse thoroughly
under the tap.
• Don’t immerse the blade unit in water.
Cleaning blender glass jug, safety lid and filler cap
• Clean well using hot soapy water and then rinse thoroughly under the tap.
• Dry thoroughly.
Transfer & Storage
• Always unplug the power cord when not in use.
• Make sure the appliance is dry and clean before storing it.
• Store the appliance in a dry place without moisture.
• To transfer the appliance, use the original packaging or wrap it in a soft cloth.
• Before using the appliance after a long time, make sure that it is clean and dry.
• Store the device out of the reach of children.
