2. Insert the jug (3) into the power unit (8) (Figure 2).

3. Put the ingredients in the glass jug (3).

5. Plug in the appliance.

6. Turn the speed knob (10) to “ON” position. The indication light will turn on.

7. Select one of the function buttons (11, 12, 13):

• Press the “Pulse” button (11) to activate the pulse function. The blades will rotate when you

appliance will operate intermittently until the preset operating time is completed.

Note: If you want to cancel your selection before the preset time is completed, press the "Ice Crush"
(12) or "Smoothie" (13) button to cancel the operation.

8. When the operating cycle is complete, disconnect.

9. Remove the jug from the base of the appliance and empty the contents.

Note: When you turn on the blender, always press the lid with your hand.

Note: The selected functions will be cancelled, if you turn the speed knob (10) to a speed position.

Blender Hints

• The processing of spices is not recommended as they may damage the plastic parts.

• When making mayonnaise, put all ingredients, except oil, into the blender. Remove the filler cap.
Then, with the appliance running, add the oil slowly through the hole in the lid.

• Thick mixtures, e.g. pâtés and dips, may need scraping down with the mixing spatula (16). If the
mixture is difficult to process, add more liquid.

• Before you consume the blended food, always check for ingredients that may not have been mixed
properly.

• For best results, make sure that the amount of ingredients completely covers the blades when
mixing solid foods.
