• The device is intended for indoor use. Do not use the device
outdoors.
• The appliance is not suitable for use in cabinet, closet, boats,
caravans or similar locations.
• Do not store the appliance outdoors, in places of high humidity or
where it may get wet.
• The device is intended only for domestic use. Any other use will
cancel the warranty.
• Check the power cord periodically for possible damages. If the power
cord or the plug of the appliance has been damaged, do not use the
appliance and contact an authorized BENRUBI Service Center.
• Before use, place the appliance on a stable, flat, dry surface. Do not
place the device on areas where it may fall.
• Before use, place the device in an upright position on a smooth, flat
and stable surface. Make sure that the surface on which the
dehumidifier will be placed can support up to 50 kg.
• Do not place the appliance on soft, uneven ground to prevent from
falling, vibrating or making noises.
• Do not immerse the appliance, the power cord in water or any other
liquid.
• Do not cover the appliance or place any object on it.
• Do not place any objects to air inlets and outlets.
• Make sure the power cord does not come into contact with sharp
corners.
• Do not place the appliance or power cord near heat sources (e.g.
radiator, stoves) on or next gas or electric hobs.
• If the appliance is installed operated or stored in a non-ventilated
area, the room must be designed to prevent the accumulation of
refrigerant leaks resulting in a risk of fir or explosion due to ignition of
the refrigerant caused by electric heaters, stoves, or other sources of
ignition.
• Compliance with national gas regulations shall be observed.
• Do not place the dehumidifier in direct sunlight.
• Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
• Leave the unit to stand for 3 hours before connecting to the mains
supply after transport or when it has been tilted (e.g. during cleaning).
• Never use the device after a fall or if it shows any damage and
contact one of the authorized BENRUBI service centers.
• Never use the plug to start and stop the unit. Always use switch on
the control panel.
