Peel off Thermal pad sticker

Connect the Fan to

Fan Header

iW-RainboW-G36S  Zynq  Ultrascale  +  MPSoC  (ZU5/ZU4/ZU3/
ZU2)  SBC  must  be  used  with  proper  cooling  solution.  iWave
optionally  supports  Fansink  for  SBC  which  can  be  used  as
cooling solution.

Below is the HFan integration procedure for reference.
