Step 4.
When you have placed the wheel, turn it to
check that the wheel does not brake. If the wheel
brakes, loosen the brake adjustment screw.
Step 3.
Tighten the quick release nut until you can
close the thumbscrew with some effort.
Step 1.
Insert the handlebar into the head tube.
Make sure the star nut is loose enough to allow
you to insert the handlebar into the hole.
Step 2.
Then, lightly tighten the star nut screw as
shown in the image. Position yourself in front of
the bike and with the help of your legs hold the
front wheel to visually check that the handlebar is
straight with respect to the frame and the wheel.
