• This unit operates with a DC 9V 1.5A mains adapter (included).

To the
mains socket
• Connecting the unit to any other power source may cause damage to the unit. Unwind
the mains adapter to its full length. Connect the mains adapter to the DC socket on the
rear of the unit and a mains socket. Make sure the mains adapter is fully inserted into the
mains socket. The unit is now connected and ready to use.
• To switch the unit off completely, withdraw the mains adapter from the mains socket.
• If the unit is idle for more than 10 minutes, it will automatically switch off.
general operation
switching the unit On / Off and selecting a function
• Switch the ON/OFF switch at the rear of the unit to the ON position. The unit will switch
on and the LED indicator illuminates green.
• Press the STANDBY button on the unit or on the remote control to turn the unit into
standby mode. The LED indicator will turn off.
• To completely turn the unit off, switch the ON/OFF switch at the rear of the unit to the
OFF position and then disconnect the unit from the mains socket.
adjusting the volume
Press the VOL +/– button on the unit or on the remote control to adjust the volume.
