Operation programming

Operation at each mode is individually set and controlled by keypad operation.

Select a proper mode to make optimal operation.

Programming flow

* The maintenance mode is used for the replacement of a diaphragm.

Power ON while the UP key is pressed.

The maintenance mode will come up

after 3 seconds.
