1. Apply main power to unit.
2. Turn on and set air at a minimum of 1 SCFM
with a pneumatic pilot signal to the pressure switch
of at least 1 psig.
3. Adjust temperature to desired setting using
the key pad on face panel (maximum setting is
150
°
F).

Heating the drive-air to between 120

F will usually keep the rotator
housing warm enough to prevent conden-

When turning the air heater off, first
remove power and allow the unit to cool
prior to turning off air flow. Failure to do
so may create excessive heat in the
heating element and may cause perma-
nent damage or reduced service life of
heating element.
