5.1 Specifications

Offset voltage and discharge time determined as per ANSI/ESD STM3.1-2006

using a 6" x 6", 20 pF plate (charged plate monitor). Discharge times are in seconds

from 1000 volts to 100 volts at locations shown.

Note: Discharge times for high speed are 10% longer for 230 V, 50 Hz.
