Safety rules
A.
Locate the box in a dry area with good ventilation.
B.
The box must be situated at least 3 cm above the ground floor.
C.
Before cleaning, servicing, exchanging of parts or accessories or checking up on various disturbances, the mains have to
be cut off.
D.
Make sure that there are no unconnected wires and cables inside the box.
E.
Cables and wires must be as short as possible inside and outside the box.
F.
The box is protection class I. It has to be connected with wires according to the instructions from EN 60335-1 (*and for
Spas & Whirlpools EN 60335-2-60). It is recommended that you consult a state-registered electrician.
G.
In order to separate the box from the mains you must install a suitable ground fault circuit interrupter with at least 3 mm
break distance on each terminal in the present electrical installation.
H.
The mounting is to be made in such a way that it is not possible to touch the electric parts.
I.
The electric parts have to be mounted in such a way that they cannot fall into the bathtub.
Cabling and wiring
1.
Pull the cable from the Pump through one of the PG9 Cable Glands, the cable from the max. 3kW heater through
the other PG9 Cable Gland, and the cable from the Blower or Light through the PG7 Cable Gland (1).
2.
Fit all the Phase leads (brown) with red Cable Shoes (2).
3.
Conntect the Pump to one of the Pneumatic switches and the Blower or Light to the other (3).
4.
Connect the heater to the Pressure Switch (4).
5.
Connect all Earth leads (green/yellow) to the Terminal Block with Earth from mains allready connected (5).
6.
Connect all Zero leads (blue) to the Terminal Block with Zero from mains allready connected (6).
7.
Tighten all Cabel Glands and close the Lid and tighten all 4 Screws (7) to insure waterproof installation
8.
Connect the hoses from the Pneumatic Buttons to the pneumatic Switches (3)
9.
Connect the hose from the pressure side of the pump pipework to the Pressure Switch (4).
10.
Connect Mains to 230V.

All electrical connections must comply with the current legislation on electrical installations for Swimming Pools (*Spas and
Whirlpools).
