Press on hold the POWER button for 2 seconds to start massage with heat
Press POWER button again to change massage direction
Press POWER button again to turn off heat function
To turn off the product, press POWER button for 2 seconds again.
*Massage direction changes automatically every one minute
*The massager turns off automatically after 15 minutes.
