Pipework should be made to prevent impurities
and condensates from collecting and obstructing
the passage of the gas.
Pipework slope upwards from the pressure tap is
recommended - see Fig 5.
Installation with safety systems
SSV
The SSV must have a dedicated sensing line,
whose point of sensing provides a representative
pressure. An isolating valve on the sensing line is
not permitted.
Monitor
The RB 4600 regulator includes 2 separate con-
trol systems built onto a single valve body. Both
sensing lines shall be piped downstream, as
shown in the Fig 4.
