Hardwire Interior Speaker & Piezo
If two speakers and piezos are installed, make wiring
connections to the panel as shown in Figure 2.

Wiring
1.
Connect the wires from the speaker to the two left
screws and the wires from the single piezo to the
two right screws.
2.
Make wiring connections between one speaker
and piezo and the panel as shown in Figure 1.
Note:
Speakers connected to the Feature Expansion
Module produce only fire and intrusion alarm
sounds.
To get voice status messages and auxiliary
alarm sounds from speakers, connect speakers
to panel terminals 11 (GND) and 16 (VOICE).

Speakers must be wired in series as shown,
