The ITI Model 175180 Flashlight Illuminator is small, lightweight and portable with white light and IR light
capabilities. The product is designed for ACMI style illumination light guides or viewing instruments.
The IR Light Head transmits infrared illumination through the instrument to enhance viewing with night vision or IR
sensitive CCD cameras.

PERATION
Thread either the IR or White Light Head onto the Battery Handle until it stops. Insert the scope's light guide
fitting into bore in the end of Head until it snaps into place. Depress the Power Switch, located at the base of the
Battery Handle, to turn
On
the light source. Depress the Power Switch again to turn
Off
the light source.

The White Light Head has a spare Lamp conveniently located in the base of the Lamp Holder Assembly. To
access the Lamp first use pliers to gently pull the Lamp Holder Assembly out of the head.

Pry off the cup shaped contact from the base of the Lamp Holder, pull out the spare Lamp and replace the cup
contact. Firmly grasp the burned out Lamp and remove it from the holder. Replace with the spare Lamp. Insert
the Lamp Holder Assembly into the White Light Head and press until it seats.

The diode in the Infrared Light Head should only be replaced by ITI. Contact ITI for service.
