Thank you for choosing the isel EuroScooter. We recommend that you take some time to get to know your EuroScooter by reading this 
manual. These instructions will provide you with important and necessary information about the use of the Euro Scooter. Always follow the 

instructions in accordance with these instructions. For people with low mental abilities and physical limitations, all safety and use aspects 

must be made understandable by a supervisor or a guardian. Children and juveniles under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the 

EuroScooter! Speed and driving behavior must be adapted to the environmental conditions. Participation in German Road Traffic Act (StVO) 
and Road Traffic Licensing Act (StVZO) is excluded.
