4.2.5. SNMP
Service for remote monitoring of the device status.
Where:
Enable SNMP server – turn on SNMP service,
Require authentication - require authentication (protocol 2c),
Community - community name,
Description – device description,
Contact - information about the owner,
Location – location,
Vendor – producer,
Timeout - statistics updating period,
Apply - apply settings.
Note: Is not allowed to use spaces in the text boxes due to software specific. All fields are
optional: the correct values will be entered automatically.
