CONSOLE PROGRAMS

Interval Calories Program

: Allows user to specify an 

amount of Work calories, length of rest time, and 
number of intervals to be completed.  

i. Start: Press the INTERVAL PROGRAMS key 
to launch program. Use the UP/DOWN keys to 
select the “Interval CAL” program. Press ENTER or 

START key to confirm your selection.

ii. Configure: After selecting the program, the user 

will be required to specify the number of interval 
rounds, the amount of work calories, and the 
length of rest time in this order. Use the UP/DOWN 

keys to change the values and confirm each value 

by pressing the ENTER key to set the next value.

iii. Run: The console will display the current Work/
Rest interval. The calories display will count down 
during each work interval, and the time display will 
count down during rest intervals.

iv. Finish: The program will continue to run until 
all intervals are completed. To end the program at 
any time, press the STOP key. Summary metrics in 
END mode will be displayed.

Allows user to specify a single target value and the 
program will run until the goal has been achieved.

3. Target Time, Traget Calories and 
Target Distance Programs

Target Time Program: User can specify a target 
amount of time as a goal.

Start: Press the TARGET PROGRAMS key to launch 
program. Use the UP/DOWN keys to select either 
“Target TIME”, “Target DIST”, or “Target Heart Rate’ 

program. Press ENTER or START key to confirm your 

selection. 
 

Configure: After selecting one of the above programs, 

the user will be required to specify the amount of target 
time, calories or distance, respectively. Use the UP/
DOWN keys to select a value, and press ENTER to 

confirm.  

 
Run: The display will track the progress of user toward 
the goal entered.  
 
Finish: The program will continue to run until the 

specified goal is achieved. To end the program at any 

time, press the STOP key. Summary metrics in END 
mode will be displayed.
