1) Upgrading the firmware through Internet

Click “Upgrade” after selecting the
language to Upgrade.

The firmware Download is
processing.

Click “OK” after the player turns off.
Firmware Upgrade is completed.

2) Format

Format will erase all the files and folders in your players memory.

Click the “format” icon on the Toolbox
to format.

Formating is processing.

Formating is completed.

Click “Confirm”.

You can automatically upgrade the latest firmware for your player from iRiver
Website. Click “Upgrade” icon on the iRiverMusicManager and click “Upgrde.
You can upgrade the firmware after connecting the internet.
