1. The device won't turn on.
Make sure that the power supply is properly connected.
2. The operation of the product is unstable.
Press and hold the power button on the side of the
AK500N for more than 10 seconds to turn off the product.
Turn on the product again and check the operation.
For the AK500A and AK500P, first turn off the power
switch on the back of the AK500P, and then disconnect
the power cable between the AK500A and AK500P.
Reconnect the units, turn on the power switch, power on
the devices, and then check the operation.
3. The screen turns off repeatedly.
The screen turns off automatically after a defined period
of time to reduce power consumption during music
playback. Set the desired time at [Settings - Power
Saving - Screen Timeout]
4. The screen is not displaying properly.
Check whether debris is on the screen.
5. There is no sound, or there is static/interference.
Verify that the volume is not set to [0].
Make sure that the audio and power cables are properly
connected between each unit.
Make sure that no obstructions such as debris are on the
audio ports or plugs.
Verify that the audio settings have been properly set.
Verify that the music file is not corrupted.
