Use the appliance for household purpose only. It is not intended to be used for
industrial purposes. DO not use appliance outdoors. Avoid hot weather, direct sun shaft, wet
(never immerse in water or other liquids) and damage from sharp corners. Do not contact
appliance if your hands are wet. If the appliance become wet, do not touch it, unplug
immediately. Avoid ingress of water in openings of appliance.
• After use and before threading, before cleaning and in case of damage, unplug the appliance
by pulling socket, not power cord.
•
Do not leave appliance without supervision. Keep away from children
•
Control the appliance and power cord do not have any damages. Do not switch
the appliance if any damages are found. Do not pull the power cord, do not wrap it around the
appliance.
•
Use attachments and accessories which are in set only.
•
Do no make attempt to repair damaged appliance by your self, apply to authorized
service center.
•
Do not attach any spare parts, provided by the third side.
Safety measures
Threading Main Unit using Thread Spindle:
1.
Raise thread spindle (C) by grasping the exposed top and pulling upward until
thread spindle (C) is fully extended.
2.
Place thread spool (E) on the thread spindle (C) as shown
3.
Pull thread from the thread spool (E) on the thread spindle (C) and put it through
the first thread guide (I) in the direction toward front of machine. j
4.
Bring thread across to the second thread guide (2). Thread goes over the tension
adjusting screw (Q) and must be positioned between the 2 washers behind the tension
adjusting screw (Q). This is what provides the lock stitch tension to the thread.
5.
Pull thread from the tension adjusting screw (Q) guide through thread guide (3) in
the direction toward front of machine.
6.
Pull thread toward thread guide (4) on the take up lever (D) inserting in the direction
toward the front of the machine
7.
Pull thread down to thread guide (5) and insert thread from the top downward
8.
Pull thread downward through thread guide (6). If necessary, lower the needle (R)
to reach this thread guide by turning the hand wheel (K) slightly counter-clockwise (in the
direction towards you) to lower the needle (R).
9.
Insert thread through eye (7) of the needle from the front towards the back of the
machine (use threader if necessary).If necessary, raise the needle (R) to reach the eye by
turning the hand wheel (K) slightly clockwise (in the direction away from you).
10.
Raise the Presser Foot (F) by lifting up on the lever at the rear of the machine (G)
11.
Pull about 25 cm of thread through the needle (R)and lay it on the deck under the
presser foot (F) running in the direction away from you.
Bottom Bobbin Placement:
1.
Remove cover by lifting up where it has popped up at rear (Pic
.3
)
2.
Place the bobbin with thread of your choice in the bobbin holder (J) leaving about
25 cm of thread extended out from the bobbin holder (J)
3.
Place the bobbin with the thread of your choice in the bobbin holder (J) leaving
about 12 cm of thread and put into the gap (H)
4.
Turn hand wheel (K) counterclockwise (towards you). Needle (R) will go down,
picking up the bobbin thread. Turn hand wheel (K) until needle (R) has descended completely
and then come up again to its highest raised point. Stop when needle (R) starts to go down
again.
5.
Raise the Presser Foot (F) and bring the spool thread around to the front. Pull it
gently up and you will see it has caught the bobbin thread. Pull the two threads towards the
rear (away from you) and lay them under the presser foot (F).
6.
Snap the bobbin compartment (I) cover down into place.
Before use:
1.
Read instruction carefully before use.
2.
Make certain On/Off switch (A) is in Off position before inserting batteries.
3.
Plug Food pedal jack (M) into the back of machine.
4.
Put 4 AA batteries into the battery compartment (B) on underside of the machine.
5.
Push switch (A) to turn On or Off. In 'On' position switch is flush with machine.In 'Off
position switch is extended out. Machine will start sewing immediately. Be sure the machine is
properly threaded and fabric is positioned for sewing before you turn the machine on.
