Wi-Fi Configuration

Now we need to setup the Wi-Fi in the iPdomo Thermostat to put it online.
1.
You will need:
The name of the Wi-Fi network (SSID) you want to connect to
Your Wi-Fi network security settings (OPEN, WEP, WPA, WPA2)
Your Wi-Fi network password
A computer with an Internet connection and a USB Port
USB Flash Drive (Formatted in FAT/FAT32)

Start the Step-By-Step Wizard accessing to:
http://cloud.ipdomo.com/start?lang=EN
This wizard will ask you for your Wi-Fi settings and will create a file that you
will have to save in the USB Flash Drive, and plug into the iPdomo thermostat.
If you are using a Windows OS, download and run the Windows desktop application. It will
show you automatically all found Wi-Fi networks and it will write the configuration file to your
USB Flash Drive. Otherwise you can use the Step By Step Web Assistant.

Enter the S/N that you found in the iPdomo Thermostat rear label.

Click on 2
nd
step of the assistant: “Configure Wi-Fi”, and follow the
instructions to allow the thermostat access to Internet.
Wake up the thermostat when you are going to plug in the Flash Drive.

Now you can test if the device has connected to the cloud using the
Diagnose
Button
. If after several attempts it still have not made a successful
connection, repeat the assistant steps and check the settings.
IMPORTANT:
Remember to remove the USB Flash Drive when finished!
