angle nozzles, mounted to a wheeled trolley, for treating large
surface areas. (Fig. 9)
Pass the trolley thoroughly over the surface, moving the lance
back and forth in a straight line.
Allow a few minutes for the treatment to take effect.

Warning
Do not direct the jet at persons, animals or electrical sockets.
STOPPING THE APPLIANCE
1
) Shut the burner off by turning the On/Off switch to the "1"
position (fig. 8B).

) Keep the appliance running with cold water for at least 1
minute so that the boiler can cool down.

) Shut the appliance off completely by turning the On/Off switch
to the "0" position (fig. 8A).
4
) Depressurize the high pressure hose by squeezing the
handgrip trigger.
5
) Disconnect the appliance from the power supply by turning
off at the double pole isolating switch or unplugging it from the
mains socket.
6
) Close the water supply tap (fig. 4A).

Warning
- In the event of the appliance being left unattended, even mo-
mentarily, turn it off at the isolating switch (>3 kW) or unplug it
from the mains socket (<3 kW).

STARTING UP THE APPLI-

) Open the water supply tap
(fig. 4A).

) Connect the appliance to
the power supply by operat-
ing the double pole isolating
switch or plugging into the
mains socket.

) Turn the lever of the selector valve "G" to position "A" in fig.
7. If the appliance is connected to a water tank, turn the lever
of the valve to position "B".

) Start the appliance by turning the On/Off switch to the “l”
position (fig. 6A).

) Wait a few seconds, then turn the On/off switch to position
"2" to enable the delivery of hot water.
When the water is up to the required working temperature, the
relative indicator light "F" will come on.

) Once the indicator "F" is alight, press the trigger lever on the
handgrip and start working.

Danger
Do not lock the handgrip trigger in the delivery position.

Danger
When operating the appliance with hot water, keep well
clear of the exhaust gas vents (danger of burns).
WARNING SIGNALS AND FAULTS DISPLAYED.
Indicator light B):
Power is on when the indicator is perma-
nently alight (switch “A” in position I); when the indicator light
blinks, the appliance is in "TSI" status.
Indicator light C):
When alight, indicates that the burner lockout
has been tripped. The appliance shuts down.
Indicator light D):
Descaler level; when alight, indicates that
the level is too low. The appliance shuts down.
Indicator light E):
Warns when faults occur and when sched-
uled maintenance is due.
- 3 blinks: alarm - no water.
- 5 blinks: alarm - safety ther-
mostat activated.
Indicator permanently alight:
150h scheduled maintenance
due. Once the required main-
tenance has been carried out
by an IPC-approved Service
Centre, the light will extin-
guish.
IMPORTANT!
When starting up the appli-
ance for the first time, open
the purge valve "H" and
leave the lance detached so
that water can be flow freely
out of the circuit for a few
seconds.
Impurities could clog the
nozzle and prevent it from
operating correctly (fig. 8).
